Kate: Restore last tabs and edited files

Task: Configure Kate editor to restore previous edited session

Solution:
1. Save current session with some name (Example 'Default');
2. Configure Preferences->Sessions->Load last used session (Set to true);
3. Close editor and open it again to check working;
